A space in Alysium holds the agents, Library files, plan and usage for your work. Your account identifies you when you sign in; an agent is one assistant inside the space, with its own instructions and knowledge. When you set up a named account, you receive a personal space. Workspace is another word the app uses for a space. Creating another agent does not create another account or another space.

Your personal space

Your current space contains only you, its owner. Invitations and member-role workflows are unavailable. You do not need to configure a team to use the personal space created for your account. For a fictional workshop owner, Maya, the space might contain a Workshop FAQ agent and a Class Notes agent. Maya does not need a separate account for each assistant. Uploading a file to Library stores it in the space. Attaching that source as knowledge tells a particular agent to use it; simply saving the file does not attach it to every agent. Use Use Library files in an agent for that task.

Open your current work

Open Home to see the agents in your active space. Select the intended agent to work on it. If the work is not what you expected, check which account you are using before editing or making duplicates. Switch spaces explains the current navigation limit; there is no visible space-switching picker in the sidebar or avatar menu.

Find account and space settings

Open Team settings, or select Profile Settings in the sidebar. The link opens the active space’s settings on Team. Choose the relevant tab there: As the owner, you can also see Creator. Opening these settings does not change a plan or grant another person access. For personal tracking choices, continue with Choose your privacy settings. To build an assistant, follow Create your first agent. Where things are in Alysium explains the wider navigation.
