Identify the charge
Use the purchasing account and your payment records. The listing’s current price cannot establish what you were charged or whether a refund is eligible. Already have the agent, creator and payment details? Continue with Request a review of the payment.- Open Billing.
- Find Agent Access and Subscriptions.
- Match the agent and creator names.
- Note the card’s price and status.
- Find the payment date in your payment records.
- Find the amount and confirmation or invoice reference for that payment.
- Continue with Request a review of the payment.
Request a review of the payment
Contact the creator through an available published contact route, or contact billing@alysium.ai. Include:- The agent and creator names.
- The actual payment date and amount.
- The confirmation or invoice reference.
- A short explanation of the problem and why you want a refund.
- Whether you also want future renewal stopped.
Understand eligibility and a pending result
Creators have a per-payment refund workflow with eligibility checks, including a 30-day self-service window. This is the creator’s in-app workflow, not a promise that every buyer request within 30 days will be approved. Older or otherwise unavailable payments need support review; that alone does not establish approval or refusal. A submitted or verifying refund is different from money received by your bank. Follow the confirmation and payment status provided for your request. This guide does not promise a fixed bank-arrival date. After a confirmed refund:- Reopen Billing.
- Find the agent under Agent Access and Subscriptions.
- Check its access state and cancellation result.
- Follow up on the same request if the confirmed payment and access states conflict.
