Find the correct record
Use the account that purchased or received access to the agent. The Billing link opens the current space’s settings, so check the space used for that access. Already in Billing? Start at step 2. Already looking at the correct agent and creator’s card? Continue with Read the status, dates and usage.- Open Billing.
- Find Agent Access and Subscriptions.
- Locate the card by both agent name and creator name.
- Continue with Read the status, dates and usage.
Read the status, dates and usage
A card can represent a paid subscription, access granted without a subscription or an incomplete checkout. Its presence alone does not prove there is an active recurring bill.- Read the card’s price or access description.
- Check its status badge.
- Check the renewal or end date, where shown.
- Read the premium-usage meter and bundle reset information, where present.
If the status or price is unavailable, do not infer an active charge from the agent’s current listing price.
A renewal date concerns subscription billing. A bundle reset date concerns included usage; the dates can differ. An ending subscription can retain usage while access remains active. For example, an Ending card with unused included credits can still be usable until its displayed end. After a bundle is spent, further usage depends on the space plan and limits.
Choose the next action
You do not need to save anything to inspect a card. To change access or billing, use the action actually offered on the correct card:
A new checkout does not guarantee an older price or reverse a scheduled cancellation. Opening checkout or entering card information does not confirm an active subscription.
