End your Alysium session from the main app’s avatar menu. Logging out does not delete a named account or its saved agents, and does not cancel a paid offer. A guest session needs extra care: logging out ends access to its temporary chats. If you want to keep them connected to an account, follow Use Alysium as a guest before ending that session. This guide covers the main app sidebar. A website widget has separate Account navigation; use Visitor accounts and saved history for its account options. Already have the avatar menu open? Continue with End the session.

Open the avatar menu

  1. Open Chat if you need the main app.
  2. Open app navigation if the sidebar is hidden.
  3. Select the avatar/user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
  4. Continue with End the session.
Chat opens the main app’s conversation area for named accounts and guests. Use the current browser session when ending its access.

End the session

  1. Select Log Out.
  2. If a guest warning appears, follow Choose at the guest warning.
  3. If logout has begun, wait for the app to leave the signed-in session.
For a named account, selecting Log Out starts logout without the guest warning. No settings-save action is needed.

Choose at the guest warning

The warning says that ending the temporary session loses access to its chats. Choose the outcome you intend: You do not need to log out to find the account-creation flow.

Return later or resolve a problem

Open Sign in when you want to return to a named account. Use Delete your account or your data for deletion, rather than treating logout as that action. If the menu is missing, check that you are in the main app. On a small screen, open navigation before looking for the avatar. If logout reports a problem, preserve the exact message for Get help from a person.
