Upload a revised version
Prepare the revision in the actual skill bundle you authored. Keep its skill name the same: a bundle with a different name is not a supported rename update. Keep the previous bundle yourself if you need a record. Upload your own skill lists the package formats and limits. For example, you might revise a customer-answer skill to ask for missing context before proposing an answer. This is an edit to your guidance, rather than an automatic change made by Alysium. Ordinary attachments to your space’s authored skill follow its current version. Updating the skill can therefore change the guidance used by those agents.- In the skill’s details, select Update.
- Select the revised bundle.
- Wait for checking and upload.
- Reopen the skill’s details.
- Review the resulting version and contents.
- Try a relevant task with an affected agent.
An acquired skill’s Update is different
Skills acquired from other creators normally stay on the version accepted when attached. A list-row Update offered for an older acquired version moves that agent’s attachment to the latest version. Read the changes before accepting another creator’s new version. This list action updates an attachment; it does not upload a replacement to the creator’s original skill.Retire the skill
Retirement removes your authored skill from your library and new discovery. People who already acquired it keep access. Retirement does not take their copies back. There is no undo control. Uploading the same name afterward creates a fresh skill instead of restoring the retired one. If you only want to compare one agent without the guidance, disable its attachment instead.- In the skill’s details, open More actions.
- Select Delete skill.
- Read the confirmation.
- Select Delete skill again if you intend to retire it.
- Check your space’s agents for remaining attachments to the skill.
- For each remaining attachment, select Remove from agent.
