Review one subscriber payment, request an eligible refund and check the resulting payment and access states. In the current owner-only space, this is the selling space owner’s task. Have the buyer, agent, payment date and amount ready. Refunds are chosen per payment, rather than by entering an arbitrary subscription-level amount.

Choose cancellation or refund

Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the current period ends. A refund returns an eligible charge. If the refunded charge funds the current access period, the subscription is cancelled and access ends once Stripe confirms. A historical charge can have a different access consequence. Read the actual confirmation before acting. The in-app action requires a successful eligible charge within the 30-day self-service window. This is an action-eligibility window, not the timing of bank settlement. Failed charges have nothing to refund. Already refunded payments, an in-flight action and previously submitted refunds can disable the button. Older payments direct you to support. There is no arbitrary partial-refund amount entry. If the intended payment or amount cannot be handled by the offered action, contact billing@alysium.ai. Do not use another charge as a substitute. Already at the intended subscriber’s payment history? Open the subscriber

  1. Open Team settings.
  2. Select Creator.
  3. Select Subscribers.
  4. Open the intended subscriber.
  5. Confirm the buyer and agent names.
  6. Find Payment history.
  7. Continue with Review the intended charge.
The link opens the active space’s settings on Team; select Creator there. If it asks you to sign in, sign in and reopen the link if needed. Use Use your Creator Dashboard if business navigation is unavailable.

Review the intended charge

Confirm the buyer and agent names before choosing a charge. For example, to return the current month’s payment, select that month’s successful charge rather than a similarly sized historical charge.
  1. Match the payment’s date, amount and status.
  2. Select Refund on that payment when available.
  3. Read the confirmation’s charge details.
  4. Read its access consequence and earnings effect.
  5. Select Refund & end access only if that is the intended charge and outcome.
  6. Wait for the action to finish.
  7. Inspect the refreshed payment and subscription states.
Select Keep as-is instead of the refund confirmation to cancel the request.

Recognize a confirmed or pending result

Read the resulting status and any verification message. Pending or verifying means the process is still being reconciled. Do not issue another refund for the same charge; reload the subscriber detail to see the latest state when needed. Current-period access ends when Stripe confirms the refund/cancellation, not when you open the confirmation. A refund affects subscription earnings; earned usage margin is treated separately. Review the actual updated record. If the action errors or refund/access results disagree, preserve the payment reference and contact billing@alysium.ai. Do not promise the buyer an unverified bank-arrival date. When and how you get paid explains the separate earnings and payout clocks.
