Payment readiness describes whether the creator account can support card subscriptions and payouts. It is separate from creator approval, listing review and website installation. Open Team settings, select Creator, then Setup. Wait for the payment check to finish before choosing an action. The link opens your active space’s settings on Team; it is not a personalized Stripe account link. If Creator → Setup is already open, use the status explanations below.

Requested, pending or more information needed

If Request payment capabilities appears, it requests the needed payment permissions for the existing account. Wait for its result, then follow any information request. An account with completed business details can still await capability review. Re-entering the same details does not guarantee faster review.

A fresh check is needed

  1. Select Refresh Stripe status.
  2. Wait for the check to finish.
  3. Read the new result.
  4. Use the matching explanation on this page.
A previous complete setup can remain recorded while current readiness needs refreshing. An old completion badge alone does not establish that paid selling is ready.

Restricted, rejected or support review

A restricted account needs its requirements or Stripe support reviewed. Rejected, support-review and unreachable-account messages need help with the existing account; its payment history is preserved. Follow the visible guidance and contact billing@alysium.ai if Alysium help is needed. Do not create a replacement account to work around the notice. A temporary read error does not establish that the account was deleted.

Ready for payments

An active readiness message says card subscriptions and payouts are ready, subject to that current check. A paid offer still has separate publication, pricing and channel requirements. If it remains blocked, inspect its readiness checklist rather than repeating onboarding without a requested field. Continue with Price your agent or List your agent on Agenthub for those tasks.

Ask for help with the actual result

Include the space, exact visible status, button used and resulting error when contacting billing support. Keep bank account details and identity documents out of the message or chat.
