Use Analytics to see how people are using your agents and choose which agent needs a closer look. The dashboard summarizes conversations and recorded answer feedback; it does not establish whether every answer was correct. Your space currently contains only you, its owner. You can review visitor conversations with its agents. Someone who can chat with an agent does not gain that same access to other people’s messages.

Open the dashboard

  1. Open Analytics, or select Analytics in the app sidebar.
  2. Wait for the overview to finish loading.
  3. Find the summary above Your Agents.
The link opens the general Analytics overview. Choose an agent under Your Agents to inspect its activity. If the link asks you to sign in, sign in. Open Analytics again if needed.

What the summary means

For example, six people might start ten conversations. That would not mean ten different people visited. If one of those people used two agents, they could appear in both agents’ People values. A dash means a value is unavailable; it is different from an observed zero. The overview can also show 0% when there are no votes. Check an agent card’s feedback information before interpreting that percentage as dissatisfaction.

What the agent cards tell you

Cards under Your Agents show each agent’s name, conversation count and recorded helpfulness or No Feedback. Activity indicators such as Active today or No activity help you choose an agent to inspect. No Feedback means there is no rating evidence for that card. It does not mean that no one chatted, or that everyone was satisfied. A busy agent with no feedback is a useful place to read actual questions and replies.

Look behind a number

  1. Under Your Agents, select the intended agent’s card.
  2. Check the agent name at the top of the page that opens.
  3. Under Recent Conversations, select a conversation.
  4. Wait for its messages to appear.
  5. On a small screen, open Msgs if needed.
  6. Read the question and reply together.
The card opens the agent’s all-time conversation list. Its detailed summary can use a different period, so check that period before comparing summary numbers with the list. See See one agent’s analytics for those controls. For a fictional Workshop FAQ agent, conversations about arrival time might reveal a question your reference document does not answer. Read the full exchange and compare the answer with your approved material before deciding what to change. The conversation count alone cannot identify the problem.

If something is missing

If a loading placeholder is still showing, wait for it to settle. Select Retry conversation counts when it appears to request those counts again. If an expected agent is missing, open Home to check the account and space you are using. Home opens your active space. A new agent may have no conversations yet, while a failed or unavailable count is not evidence of zero activity. Viewing the dashboard needs no Save action. Opening a conversation can record that you have read it without changing its messages.

Find usage and billing information

Conversation counts and ratings do not show your credit balance, the cost of a chat or your payouts. Use Check your usage for platform usage. Billing opens your active space’s plan and payment controls. Selling and payout information belongs in the Creator dashboard when it is available to your account.
