Stop renewal of the Pro plan for your Alysium space through its existing billing portal. Read the portal’s cancellation date before confirming. Pro is the space’s platform subscription. It is separate from subscriptions to individual creators’ agents. If you only want to stop a named agent’s renewal, use Cancel an agent subscription. Canceling a renewal also differs from requesting a refund of a charge already paid.

Open the existing Pro plan

You manage Pro for the space you own. The Billing link opens the current space’s settings, so check the space name before changing its plan. Already in the intended space’s Billing settings? Continue at step 3. Already in its billing portal? Continue with Cancel in the portal.
  1. Open Billing.
  2. Check the space name and current Pro status in Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select Manage Subscription & Billing.
  4. Continue with Cancel in the portal.
If Billing already shows a scheduled cancellation, check whether its date matches your intention before attempting another change.

Cancel in the portal

The portal is a separate screen. Its cancellation options and timing depend on the subscription; Alysium’s plan page cannot predict every option for your account.
  1. Confirm that the portal shows the intended Pro subscription.
  2. Open the cancellation option, if available.
  3. Read the effective date, remaining access and confirmation details.
  4. Confirm the cancellation only if those details match your intention.
  5. Keep the portal’s confirmation.
  6. Return to Alysium.
  7. Reopen Billing.
  8. Check the resulting subscription status and any cancellation date.
Opening the portal does not cancel the plan. The portal’s confirmed result and the resulting status/date establish what happened. If cancellation is scheduled, use the displayed date to understand the remaining period. After the plan changes, check your usage and the model choices available to the space. Canceling Pro does not cancel your purchased agents. If you intend to stop both kinds of renewal, review the agent subscriptions separately.

If cancellation is missing or unclear

If Billing says Subscription Details Unavailable, select Open Billing Portal when offered. Continue with Cancel in the portal after confirming the subscription. You can also retry Billing before assuming any change succeeded. If there is no cancellation option, or the confirmed result is still absent after reopening Billing, contact billing@alysium.ai. Include the space and plan name, the portal result and your intended change. Keep the confirmation; starting another subscription does not check or complete a cancellation.
