# Use your Creator Dashboard

> Use Creator to inspect your space's offers and paid subscribers, then open the view for your business question. Analytics covers conversations.

Creator is the business view for your space's offers and paid subscribers. It is separate from [Analytics](https://docs.alysium.ai/analytics/read-your-analytics-dashboard.md), which focuses on conversations and feedback.

Use the current space's owner account. AgentHub application approval is not required simply to view Creator.

## Open the dashboard

1. Open [Team settings](https://app.alysium.ai/spaces?settings=team).
2. Select **Creator**.
3. Check that this is the intended space.
4. Continue with [Choose the view for your question](#choose-the-view-for-your-question).

The link opens your active space's settings on Team. If it asks you to sign in, sign in and reopen it if needed.

## Choose the view for your question

If only Overview and Setup appear, select Setup and follow its named action. Business navigation is limited when payment setup is missing or genuinely unready. If setup was previously complete but its latest check is out of date, navigation can remain available while payment readiness still needs refreshing.

For example, investigate one buyer's failed charge in Subscribers rather than guessing from an Overview total. Use Payouts and Stripe Express for bank timing rather than treating subscription revenue as money already received.

## Act from the right record

Check the agent name and buyer before changing a subscription. Cancellation and refund have different access effects; follow the complete [refund procedure](https://docs.alysium.ai/selling-and-payouts/refund-a-subscriber.md) before choosing that action.

A revenue chart is not an offer editor. Open the intended listing and follow its listing or pricing guide for changes.

**Open Stripe Express**, when available, opens the linked payment account for bank, tax and payout details. Those are managed in Stripe, rather than a dashboard text field.

## If information or navigation is missing

Check the current space and account. For incomplete payment setup, follow Setup's named action. If loading fails, read the error and reopen the section; an empty loading placeholder does not confirm zero revenue.

This navigation task is complete when you can find the section and record you need. Viewing Creator does not itself publish or change an agent.
