# Sign in to Alysium

> Sign in with the registered email and password or the same Google identity used before, so you return to the account holding your work.

Return to the account that holds your agents and space. Use the registered email and password, or the same Google identity you used before. A different identity can show different work.

If you have never registered, follow [Create an Alysium account](https://docs.alysium.ai/getting-started/create-an-alysium-account.md).

## Open the sign-in form

Open [Sign in](https://app.alysium.ai/auth/login), then use [email and password](#sign-in-with-email-and-password) or [Google](#sign-in-with-google).

If a chat or purchase flow sent you here, finish signing in before returning to that task. Follow its return destination rather than starting a separate account flow. A guest who wants to retain chats should continue the transition from that session; see [Use Alysium as a guest](https://docs.alysium.ai/getting-started/use-alysium-as-a-guest.md).

## Sign in with email and password

**Remember me** is optional. Leave it off on a shared device and log out when finished. It does not replace logout or promise a particular sign-in duration.

1. Enter the registered address in **Email**.
2. Enter its **Password**.
3. Choose whether to use **Remember me**.
4. Complete the verification check if displayed.
5. Select **Sign in**.
6. Wait for the submission result.
7. Continue with [Check that you reached the right account](#check-that-you-reached-the-right-account) after sign-in succeeds.

## Sign in with Google

1. Select **Continue with Google**.
2. Check the Google identity selected.
3. Complete its prompts.
4. Continue with [Check that you reached the right account](#check-that-you-reached-the-right-account) after sign-in succeeds.

If several Google accounts are open, the familiar profile photo alone may not identify the one that owns your agents.

## If your email needs confirmation

Email confirmation is separate from the verification check on the form.

1. Check the inbox and spam folder for the account address.
2. Follow the confirmation email's instructions.
3. Try signing in again.

Use **Resend email** on the sign-in notice if needed, then wait for its result. If asked to wait before another request, do not repeatedly resend. [Sign-in and verification messages](https://docs.alysium.ai/help/sign-in-and-verification-messages.md) explains the notices. [Fix a verification check](https://docs.alysium.ai/getting-started/fix-a-verification-check.md) covers a failed form check.

## If the password is rejected

Check the complete address and password, including accidental spaces and the account you intended to use. The mismatch message does not identify which field is wrong.

Select **Forgot password?** and follow [Reset your password](https://docs.alysium.ai/getting-started/reset-your-password.md) if needed. Do not send a password or verification code to an agent or support.

## Check that you reached the right account

The app or requested destination opens after successful sign-in. [Home](https://app.alysium.ai/spaces) opens the signed-in account's active space when you want to find your own agents.

For example, a workshop account and its owner's personal account may hold different work. If the expected agents are absent, check the identity before editing or rebuilding anything. [Switch spaces](https://docs.alysium.ai/spaces/switch-spaces.md) explains the current space-navigation limits.

Use [Get help from a person](https://docs.alysium.ai/help/get-help-from-a-person.md) for an unresolved account-specific issue. Use [Log out](https://docs.alysium.ai/getting-started/log-out.md) when finished on a shared device.
