# Read an agent’s page

> Read an AgentHub listing's purpose, creator and offered access before adding the agent to your space or paying for an agent subscription.

An AgentHub listing explains what an agent is for, who created it and what access is offered. Read those details before adding it to your space or paying for a subscription.

Open [AgentHub](https://app.alysium.ai/agenthub), then select an agent card. If you are already on the intended listing, use the sections below to compare its purpose, offer and available actions.

## Purpose and creator

Check the agent's name, creator and short description. Expand **About this agent** for the longer explanation and **Best used for:** list.

These describe the creator's intended tasks. They do not give the agent permission to act in your outside accounts. For example, a writing assistant may help draft a reply without sending it for you. Choose a description that matches the task you want to do.

## Price, allowance and usage

On a paid agent, read these together:

| Part of the offer | What it tells you |
| - | - |
| Monthly price | The recurring fee for access to that agent. |
| **Premium Allowance** | Included AI usage, rather than a fixed number of replies. |
| Usage-rate explanation | How the offer describes conversation usage. Extra usage can depend on your space plan and limits. |

An agent subscription does not include Alysium Pro or promise unlimited usage. See [How credits work](https://docs.alysium.ai/plans-and-billing/how-credits-work.md) for the separate usage concepts.

On a free agent, read the free access description before selecting **Add to My Agents**. Free access and the usage supporting its conversations are different matters; check your plan and limits if usage stops.

## Available actions

| Control | Meaning and next step |
| - | - |
| **Subscribe** | Opens paid checkout. Follow [Subscribe to an agent](https://docs.alysium.ai/agenthub/subscribe-to-an-agent.md) to review the offer and wait for confirmed access. |
| **Add to My Agents** | Adds an available free agent to your space. Follow [Add a free agent to your space](https://docs.alysium.ai/agenthub/add-a-free-agent-to-your-space.md). |
| **Chat Now** | Opens your installed paid agent when access is available. It takes you back to that installation. |
| **You own this agent** | You cannot buy or add your own listing through that action. Open your existing source agent from [Home](https://app.alysium.ai/spaces). |

A paid listing may also offer a limited preview chat. Follow [Try an agent for free](https://docs.alysium.ai/agenthub/try-an-agent-for-free.md) to ask a question relevant to its stated purpose. The creator controls whether preview messages are offered; a missing preview does not establish that the agent is free or broken.

## Reviews and images

Expand **Reviews** to read other people's experiences and see the rating count. A small number of reviews gives you fewer experiences to compare. Images show what the creator chose to illustrate. Neither replaces reading the current offer.
